Sift together the flour, potato starch and the baking powder
In a bowl mix together melted butter, the cream and sugar, mix until smooth.
Finally stir in the mixture of flour and mix until getting an smooth and shiny dough.
Shape the dough into long roll and lay in kitchen foil.
Place in the fridge for around 30 minutes or until chilled
After that time, cut from it small rounds from around 3cm diameter and 2cm thick.
Place them (leaving some space between each other) onto a baking try (lined with baking paper).
Press them lightly with a fork to form a pattern.
Bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for around 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
