Amashaza mu gitake

                                                                                                           

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Place the peas in a large saucepan, add water enough to cover them.

Add the plantains add simmer for around 25 minutes or until the plantains are done.

Meanwhile, heat up the oil in a frying pan.

Fry the onions, tomatoes and chillies for around 5 minutes, then add this mixture to the saucepan.

Cook until it becomes thick.
