Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a bowl mix the first 5 ingredients well, melt the butter in a pan and take it of the heat.

Add  the honey to and stir well. Dissolve the baking soda in the warm water and add it to the honey butter mixture, stir it well.

 Now add the liquid mixture to the ingredients in the bowl and mix until getting a firm dough.

Take a tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball and flatten it slightly with your hand.

Place the flattened biscuits on a baking dish (previously covered with baking paper) and bake at 160°C for 10 minutes or until they look dry and brown.
