Arroz de Aprovechamiento




Cut the sausage in slices.

Cut the spare-ribs finelly, wash and dry them with kitchen-paper.

Heat-up the oil in a paella pan and fry the sausage and the spare-ribs until they're golden-brown.

Add the garlic (cutted finelly) and mix it and then add the chickpea's and the rice.

Mix all this together and then add the broth (mixed of water and chicken tea-cub).

Add the ham (cutted in small slices) and mix it all together.

Cook it on low fire until the rice is ready.
