Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a large frying pan, heat up 3 tbs oil and add the onions and 1 tsp minced garlic, fry until the onions are translucent.

Add the beef to the pan with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red pepper and 1 cup water. Let it simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Drain the liquid from the pan. Turn the heat up to medium and add 2 tbs oil, 1/4 tsp red pepper, 1 tsp turmeric and 2 tsp coriander. Stir the meat for a couple of minutes.

Add the tomato sauce. Cover and reduce the heat, let it simmer for around 15 minutes. In the last 5 minutes add the kidney beans.

In a large saucepan, cook the noodles following the instructions in the package.

Add the spinach during the cooking for blanching it.

Drain it and preserve 1 cup of the liquid.

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, 1 tbs garlic, 1/4 tsp salt and 3 tbs mint. Mix well.

Pour meat kidney mixture over the noodles andd spinach. Add the yogurt mixture and the reserved liquid. Stir well. Add salt and black or red pepper to taste.
