Aussie Sausage Rolls
Mix together in a large bowl the lamb, eggs, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, pine nuts, sultanas, harissa, nutmeg, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, parsley.
Mis using your hands for around 5 minutes or until thoroughly mixed.
Thow the puff pastry at room temperature.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into long wide strips.
Place filling into sausage shapes lines down the center of the pastry strips. Roll the pastry over the top to enclose and then turn upside down so the seam is underneath.
Cut meat filled tubes into 6 portions and place in a lined baking tray.
Brush with the egg yolks and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in a previously pre- heated oven at 180° C for 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Serve with ketchup or BBQ sauce.
