Ayam Masak Kicap




In a large bowl, rub the chicken with salt and turmeric powder.

In a large wok, heat up some oil and fry the chicken until crispy. Set aside.

Grind the shallots together with the garlic and ginger.

Add some oil to the wok and fry this ginger mixture until fragant.

Add the soya sauce and the chicken, mix well

Before removing from the heat squeeze the lime juice and add the onion rings (we ommited the onion rings).

Garnish with coriander leaves and red pepper (we did only the red pepper) and serve.
