Ayam Masak Modu
Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder and salt.
Deep fry it slowly and then keep it aside.
Grind the sambal oelek, shallots, garlic and the ginger with a little bit of water.
Heat up the oil in the wok and add the 4 spices until fragant and then add the mix of the sambal to it.
Add the honey, ketchup, water, salt and the onion and contineu stirring.
Add the chicken to it, mix all until well blended and serve it with white rice.
