Azeri Chicken Skewers




In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Stir thoroughly to combine, then cover and place in the fridge to marinate overnight.

The following day, soak your wooden skewers for at least 1 hour in a large bowl of water and heat your barbecue (we used a grill pan).

Thread the chicken pieces on the skewers and cook for around 8 minutes per side or until completely cooked through.

Take any left over marinade and use to brush the chicken as it cooks.
