Bahamian Ham Loaf
For the topping:
Mix all the ingredients until well blended and put into a loaf pan or baking dish (previously brushed with the topping mixture and layered the bottom with the pineapple slices).
Brush the top with the mixture and lay the rest of the pineapple slices on top.
Bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180° for 1 hour. Let stand in the pan for 10 minutes. Place on a serving platter, cut into slices to serve.
