Preparation:

Beat butter and icing sugar until creamy. Add the egg and mix until blended.

Sift in flour and cornstarch, mix well to a soft dough.

Scoop dough into piping gun and pipe dough evenly on a lined baking tray.

Bake at preheated oven at 180°C for 13-15 minutes or golden brown.
