Baked Falafel

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans. Put in a medium sized bowl and smash them with a fork.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it well.

Form into small balls and slightly flatten them.

Place them onto an oiled baking dish.

Bake for 15 minutes on each side in a previously preheated oven at 190°C or until nicely browned.

Serve with pita breads, hummus and mix salad.
