Baked Oatmeal Cupcakes

                                                                                            

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Allow to sit for around 15 minutes for allowing the oats to soak up the wet ingredients.

Scoop into a 12 hole muffin tin (previously lined).

Bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C until the tops are crispy and the cupcakes are firm (around 20 minutes).
