Bangladeshi Vindaloo




In a wok, heat up the oil, add the garlic and onions and stir fry for about 3 minutes.

Add the vinegar and spices and stir fry over medium heat  for 3 minutes more.

Add the meat and cook for 2 minutes  or until browned all sides, cover and cook for about 40 minutes or until the meat is tender.

Remove the lid, let the excess of liquid to evaporate and serve with rice.
