First mix in a bowl the dry ingredients.

Then add the milk and the butter to this and keep kneading for around 10 minutes or until getting an uniform dough.

Cover the bowl with kitchen foil and a kitchen towel and let it rise on a warm place for around 2 hours.

Cut the dough in 9 pieces, make from them first balls and then flatten them a little.

Brush the buns with lukewarm milk and dust them with flour.

Let them rest on a warm place for around 30 minutes.

Push with your finger on the middle until getting a hole.

Bake them on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
