Beef in Cumin Sauce




In a large saucepan, heat up the oil and fry the meat until browned all sides. Remove the meat and discard the oil.

Return the meat to the pot and cover with water, bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer.

Meanwhile, combine all the other ingredients in a medium size saucepan. Bring it to a slow boil, and remove from the heat.

Add the sauce to the meat and simmer until the meat is done.

Uncover and reduce the sauce to a consistency you like to the meat. Simmer until the meat is done.
