Bistec con Tomate y Cebolla

                                                                                                

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Lay the steaks between kitchen foil and flat them.

In a bowl, mix the garlic, oil, vinegar, sal and pepper.

Cover the steaks with this mixture and let them marinate for around 30 minutes.

Heat up oil in a large frying pan and fry the steaks until done. Set aside, keep them warm.

In the same oil, fry the onion and the tomatoes, top the steaks with this mixture.

Serve with fries or like we did over a bed of mix salad.
