Bocados de Nube
In a bowl, sift together the flour with the potato starch and the lemon zest.
In another bowl, cream the butter with the sugar, then add the flour mixture and mix until well combined.
Heat up a little the milk, add the yeast and pour this into the dough, mix well until getting and uniform and soft dough.
Cover and let it rise in a warm place for around 2 hours.
After this time, in a working surface (dusted with flour), divide the dough in portions from around 15 gr.
Shape them into buns and lay on a lined baking tray.
Let it rise, covered for 30 minutes.
Bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180° for 8 to 9 minutes or until lightly golden.
Set aside and dust with the powder sugar.
