Ingredients:

Preparation:

Drain the beans and place in a food processor, together with the onion, carrots and egg. Season to taste.

Blend to a smooth paste. Shape the resultant paste into balls, then press into flat discs.

Coat them with flour and then fry them in the oil until browned (around 10 minutes), turning occasionally.
