Ingredients:

Preparation:

Heat up some oil in a saucepan, add the rice and cook stirring until the rice becomes translucent.

Add the water and some salt, let it cook on low fire for around 20 minutes or until done.

In a wok, heat up some oil (around 1/4 cup) and sauté the onions, add the vegetables and sauté until soft.

Add the meat and fry it together with the vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper, add the rice and mix well everything

Serve.
