Cabbage with Chicken
Season the chicken with salt and black pepper and let it infuse for 15 minutes.
Heat up the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken along with the garlic and the onions until the chicken is browned all sides and the onions are soft.
Add the chilli and fry stirring constantly for a few minutes.
Add the tomato and the shallot. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the cabbage.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
Add the tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with rice or Roti.
