Ingredients:

Preparation:

Add the corn kernels to a saucepan. Meanwhile, gently fry the onion, sausage and peppercorns in the olive oil.

Add to the saucepan with the corn along with the rest of the ingredients and cover with water.

Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until everything is soft.

Season with salt, sprinkle with the coriander (we forgot it for the picture) and serve.
