Remove the skin from the garlic and chop it finely, together with the onion and the coriander.
Seasoning with salt and pepper.
Wash and dry with kitchen-paper the chicken, cut it in blocks and place them in a bowl.
Cover the chicken with mix of the onion, garlic and the coriander.
Let it marinating around 15 min.
Place the water in a pot on the fire.
Add the chicken together with the marinate in the water and let it cook around 30 min.
At the end add the rice mixed and then add the cassava and the sweet potato (cutted in blocks), let all this cook together until everything is tender.
