Caramel Cocoa Crispy Bars



For toppings:


Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the marshmallows gradually, stirring occasionally until they are all melted and the mix is uniform.

Remove from the heat and stir in the cocoa krispies. Stir well until blended.

Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, gently pat down the mixture into an even layer in the baking dish.

To make the topping, place the caramels in a heatproof bowl. Microwave for 15 sec intervals, stirring in between, until melted.

Add the heavy cream and stir well. Pour over the top of the cocoa krispie layer, sprinkle with the chocolate chips (we with the raisins).

Allow to set completely. Cut into bars and serve.
