Carne Achorizada

                                                                                      

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Mix beef, salt, pepper and vinegar together.

Heat oil in skillet and fry beef until brown. Add achiote, garlic, onion, bell pepper (we used a green one) and cilantro.

Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until all liquid has evaporated.

Serve with tortillas. (We added some sliced chorizo and some slices cheese).
