Cashew Chicken




In a wok heat up the oil and  fry the garlic and the chilies.

Add the chicken and then the pepper to it.

Stir in the ketchup, fish sauce, vinegar and sugar to taste.

Add the cashew and stir until well blended

Thicken the sauce adding  the cornstarch keeping stirring until the sauce becomes thick.

Serve with steamed white rice.
