Cazuela de pollo

Preparation:

Was the chicken and dry with kitchen paper, cut chopped in cubes.

Chop the onoins. Heat up the oil in a fry pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.

Add the onions and fried until it starts to become golden brown.

Add the sweet paprika, the tomatoes, salt and pepper to it. Cook all this cover with a lid on low fire for around 20 minutes.

Then add the potatoes (without skin and cut in blocks), the corn and the peas.

Add one cup of water and cook covered until everything is tender.

Serve it sprinkle with the parsley.
