Chanukah Poppy Seed Cookies
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until foamy.
Add the sugar, oil, orange zest and juice.
Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder in a separated bowl.
Add to the egg batter and mix until getting a soft dough.
Roll the dough out in a lightly floured surface and cut with cookie cutters the desired shapes.
Lay the cookies in a baking tray (lined with baking paper) and bake in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
