In a large bowl, mix the ground beef and pork together with the onion, mayonnaise salt and pepper.
Stir very well and knead with your hands.Reserve.
In another bowl mix together the flour with the eggs milk, salt and oil, kneading until getting a soft smooth dough.
Make with the dough discs from around 12 cm diameter and 1 cm thick.
Fill each disc with a spoon of the meat filling.
Fold into half moons, pinch the edges together for connecting both sides and avoiding that the filling goes out during the frying.
Fry the Cheboureki on a deep fryer (two at the time) until they're golden brown.
Cheboureki are served with beer.
