Chicken-Breast on the Grill with Patatas Bravas

Wash and dry with kitchenpaper the chicken.

Add the spices to the chicken at both sides and place them in a bowl with the wine, during one hour.

Heat up the oil on the grill, add the chicken and bake them until they're golden brown.

Wash the potatoes and peel them, cut them in blocks (not to small) and boil them around 20min.(they musn't become too soft).

Strain off the water and fry them in the warm oliveoil until they're golden brown.

Serve them with salt and parsley.

Serving suggestion: Lay the chicken on a bed of  fresh salat.
