Chicken-Breast with Herbs and Lemon
Wash and dry with kitchenpaper the chicken-breast and place them in a bowl.
Add in another bowl the lemon-juice from the two lemons, the crashed garlic, the salt, the pepper and the herbs.
Cover the chicken-breast with the mix from the other bowl, then seal the bowl with kitchen foil and place it in the fride two hours.
Heat up the oil in a fry-pan or grill and fry the chicken-breast until it's golden brown at both sides.
Serving suggestion: Prepare a bed of boiled vegetables .
