Chicken - Katsu



For the sauce:

For the salad (optional):


Half the chicken breast for getting 4 thin chicken filets.

Coat the chicken pieces first with the cornstarch, then with the beaten eggs and finally coat them with the bread crumbs and sesame seeds (previously

mixed together).

In a small bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce, set aside.

In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients and toss well together, set aside.

Heat up the oil and deep fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.

Serve together with the sauce and the salad.
