Chicken in Sour Cream
Dust the chicken in the flour and fry in a frying pan under medium heat with some olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
Season with salt and pepper. Add the parsley, thyme, onion and celery.
Sauté until the onion is translucent, add the chicken broth and the paprika. Bring it to a boil, reduce the fire and simmer for 25 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream and het it up but do not let it boil, serve directly.
