Ingredients:

Preparation:

Add all the marinade ingredients together and leave the chicken pieces on there for about 30 minutes.

Drain of the marinade, pour cornstarch in a dish and take each piece of chicken out the marinade and then roll them with the cornstarch until covered.

Heat up the frying oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken until lightly golden. Serve with dipping sauce.
