Chicken Rolls With Parathas

In a large bowl, combine both flours with the salt, slowly add water to form a soft but firm dough.

Cover and let it rest until getting the filling ready.

Heat up a little oil in a wok, add the onion and cook for around 7 minutes.Add the ginger-garlic paste and stir fry for around 3 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and cook stirring for around 2 minutes more.

Add the chicken, cover and let it simmer for around 8 minutes. Remove from the fire and set aside.

Squeeze lemon juice to the chicken mixture and add the chilli powder and salt, stir to combine.

To prepare the parathas, pinch a lemon size ball of dough, dust a working surface and roll out the dough until getting a circle with a diameter from

around  15 cmt.

Heat a large frying pan and place the paratha, let it cook lightly both sides.repeat the process with the rest of the dough, set aside and keep them warm.

Serve together with the chicken filling.
