Chicken to the Beer
Wash and dry with kitchenpaper the chicken-breast, wash and dry the mushrooms and cut them in slices.
Heat-up the oil in a pan and fry the chicken-breast until it's golden brown at all the sides.
Add the onion and the garlic (both cut in brunoise), when they're golden brown add the rest of the ingredients, cover the pan and let it cook on a low fire until the chicken is tender ( around 40min).
Serving suggestion: with boiled garden-beans.
