Chicken Tunisian style





Wash and dry the chicken with kitchen-paper.

Remove the skin from the onion and cut it in slices.

Place both kinds of raisins in water or wine and let them soak for around 30 min.

Heat-up the oil in a pot and add the onion, let it cook until the onion is transparent.

Add the chicken to the pot and cook it (moving it regularly) until it's golden-brown.

Add the sugar and the sweet paprika, mix it all very well and add the raisins (strain off).

Then add the water with the chicken tea-cube, add salt and pepper and let it cook on low fire for around 40 min. or until the chicken is tender.

Prepare the Naan bread following the instructions on the package.

Serve the chicken with the bread and the salad.
