Chickenbreast on Peanut Sauce




Cut the fillets in two, wash and dry them with kitchen paper.

Heat up the oil and fry the chicken, with low fire until they're golden brown all the sides.

Take them out and add salt and pepper to them.

On the same oil add the onion and the garlic (cut in small pieces) fry them until they're soft.

Add the wine, the curcuma, the chicken-tea cube, the water, salt , pepper and the peanuts.

Add the chicken to the mix and bake on low fire around 15min.

Take out the chicken and place the mix in another pot and mix it until it becomes an uniform sauce (multi quick).

Serve the chicken with the sauce.

Serving suggestion: French frites and fresh salad.
