In a large frying pan, fry the bacon until crispy. Pour off some of the bacon grease, leaving just enough to coat the pan.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper and fry them on the pan until done both sides.

Cut open the roll. Place the mozzarella on top of the steaks, cover the pan for 1 minute to allow the cheese to melt before remove the steaks to a plate.

Add a little of oil as neccesary and fry on it the pepper, just enough to soften it (not more than 2 minutes in total).

Remove the peppers and again add some oil as neccesary. Fry the eggs.

Assemble the sandwich following the next order: cheesy-steak at the bottom, then pile the red peppers, ham, fried egg, bacon, tomato, pickles, onions and lettuce.

Dress with mayonnaise and olives (inside and for topping) before topping with bun.
