Chocolate Chips Cookies




In a large bowl, cream the butter with both types of sugar.

Stir in the flour (previously sifted together with the baking soda), and mix until fully combined.

Add the vanilla and egg, mix until well blended.

Add the chocolate chips and with help of a spatula mix until combined.

Lay baking trays with baking paper and make balls (around the size of a walnut) from the dough.

Leave 5 cm distance between them.

In a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until lighty golden.
