Chocolate Guiness Cupcakes



For the Cream Cheese Frosting:


In a large bowl, combine the beer, melted butter, vanilla, eggs, sour cream, cocoa and both types of sugar.

Mix on low speed until well combined.

In a separated bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

Add to the beer mixture, mixing until well combined.

Line a muffin tray with paper liners and fill 2/3 full with the batter. Bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes

out clean.

Allow the cupcakes to cool down before covering with the frosting.

In the meantime, Beat in a bowl the cream cheese and butter until fluffy.

Mix in the cream and vanilla, add the sugar little by little, mixing until well incorporated. It must result in an stable but not too hard cream.

Decorate the cupcakes with the frosting and top with the peanuts.
