Chocolate Mousse Turtle

                       

Ingredients:

 

Preparation:

Cut the cake rolls in slices from around 2 to 3 cm thick.

Prepare the chocolate mousse, following the instructions on the package.

Cover the inside from a bowl from 23 cm diameter with kitchen foil, and leave some extra foil for over the sides.

Lay in the inside from the bowl slices of cake rolls until completly covered.

Full the bowl with the chocolate mousse mix and lay on top also some slices of cake.

Cover with the extra kitchen foil the top of bowl, lay it in the fridge for around 4 hours.

Turn the bowl up side down on the presentation dish and remove the kitchen foil.

With the small breads make the legs, the head and the tail from the turtle.

With the cloves make the eyes.
