Ingredients:

Preparation:

Peel the plantains and cook in salted water. When soft, blend with the chorizo and ground beef .

Add the worcestershire sauce, mustard,
cumin, salt and pepper.

This paste
should be smooth.

Form
small sausages, pass through the beaten eggs, coat with the bread crumbs and fry in a deep fryer until golden brown
