Coconut Bread

                    

Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a large bowl, place the flour, grated coconut, salt, yeast and stir to combine.

Pour little by little the coconut milk and the honey, mix until getting a soft dough.

Make a ball of the dough, cover with kitchen foil and let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours.

Roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick rectangle. Sprinkle the almonds and raisins.

Roll the dough and place it in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Bake in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and let it cold down in a rack.
