Cold Peach Tart

Preparation:

In the blender, mix the condensed milk with the whipping cream, place this mixture in a bowl and add the lemon juice to it, little by little (mixing by hand) trying to get a mixture

not too thick but not too liquid.

Finely slice the peaches and do the same with the half of the strawberries, set aside, set aside.

With the syrup, soak the lady fingers (not too long).

For assembly, in a baking dish, place first a layer of the cream mixture, then a layer of lady fingers and one layer of fruits on top, repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients

finishing with a layer of cream.

Decorate the top with the rest of the strawberries and cool on the fridge for around 1 1/2 hour or until set.
