Copos de Nieve

                                                                                           

Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a bowl, cream the butter with the powder sugar.

In another bowl, sift the flour with the cornstarch, the vanilla sugar and the cinnamon.

Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and combine until getting an uniform dough.

Make a ball with the dough and wrap with kitchen foil.. Refrigerate overnight.

Make balls the size of a cherry from the dough and place in lined baking tray.

Flaten the balls a little with a fork and leave 2 cm between them.

Bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes or until lightly golden.

Let cool down. Dust with powder sugar.
