Separate the egg's ( egg white and egg-yolk) .

Mix the egg-yolk with the cocosnut and the milk.

Then mix the egg white until it's foamy (snow  point) and add the mix (already prepared above), blend all this together carefully for avoiding that the mix collapse.

Take a small amount of the mix with the spoon and make small balls from it.

Lay them on a baking dish (previously covered with baking-paper) and bake them in a 150 degrees hot oven until they get golden-brown.
