Cucur Udang



Mix the flour, chili paste, salt and the water, combine until the texture is smooth (should be thick but not too liquid).

Add the chopped onions, chives, chili, corn, shrimps and mix it well together.

Heat up in a large pot cooking oil or use a deep fryer, until the oil is on temperature.

Scoop a spoonfull of the Cucur Udang mixture and drop it into the oil for frying., let them fry until getting a golden brown color (around 5 minutes).
