In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, salt and spices, then add the chicken pieces and toss to combine.
Remove the chicken from the bowl and stir in the beaten egg. Return the chicken to the bowl, cover and refrigerate for around 80 minutes.
After that, heat up the oil in your deep fryer. Take the chicken out from the marinade and roll in the breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
Add to the hot oil and fry until browned and cooked through (about 15 to 20 minutes depending on the size of the chicken pieces).
