Heat up the oil in a wok and cook the meat until browned all sides.

Add the onions and cook stirring until translucent.

Add the remaining ingredients (except the peanut butter).

Add enough water to cover and let it boil.

Reduce the fire and let it cook until everything is done, then stir in the peanut butter.

Simmer on a low fire for ten minutes stirring constantly.

Serve with rice.
